The Agence de l’efficacité énergétique (AEE) operates under the authority of Nathalie Normandeau, ministre des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune.

It is administered by a board of directors composed of between 7 and 10 members appointed by the government for a period of at least four years.

The management team (PDF | 325 ko - February 2010) is represented by four general directions, two directions and one service headed by the President-General Manager.
